

I'm Jacob, owner of J2 strength and defence, and I strive to help my clients reach their health and fitness goals in an enjoyable and sustainable way. With 20 years of competition experience in judo and jiujitsu, a brief stint at Olympic Weightlifting, as well as being a master trainer for David Lloyd, I have the knowledge and experience to help anyone achieve their goals.​
My passion is to serve my clients and help them become their best selves.
What we offer
At J2 we have a range of services from strength and conditioning, gymnastic-style movement and flow, to Jiu Jitsu specific coaching.
These are delivered in either 1:1 or 1:2 PT sessions or group workshops and seminars. 1:1 or 1:2 PT sessions will be bespoke to the individual's needs, while group workshops and seminars will be published regularly and open to all levels.
